By registering, accessing, or using the Sun Palace Casino website ("the Casino," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the User," "the Player") agree that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions ("T&C"). By accepting and playing any of our promotional offers, you confirm that the relevant promotional terms have been read, understood, and agreed to. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of the Casino immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Software License

8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
Players are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Allowing third-party access to an account.
• Using bots, automation tools, or unauthorized software.
• Participating in syndicate or group betting schemes.
• Providing fraudulent documents.
• Attempting chargebacks.
• Cheating, colluding, or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
Violation of this section may result in account closure, voiding of winnings, confiscation of funds, and legal action.
9. Game Rules, RNG, and Disconnections
9.1 Finality of Game Outcomes
All outcomes are determined by the Casino’s RNG, and such outcomes are final and binding.
9.2 Disconnections
In the event of disconnection, the prior game result will be displayed upon reconnection. If the server did not record the wager, the Player’s balance will remain unaffected.
9.3 Server Authority
The Casino’s server records constitute the final authority in resolving discrepancies.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
All personal information you provide is treated as confidential and is managed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The Casino will not disclose your wagering history or personal information except where required by law or regulatory authorities.
11. Inactive & Closed Accounts

If an account shows no login or wagering activity for a continuous period of six (6) months, it will be considered inactive. Once deemed inactive, all remaining balances will be removed.
11.2 Account Termination
An account may be terminated either by the Player or by the Casino:
Termination by the Player: You may request closure of your account at any time, provided no outstanding debts, unresolved transactions, or ongoing investigations are pending.
Termination by the Casino: The Casino may suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving fraud, misuse of software, violation of these T&C, provision of false or unsubstantiated information, or engagement in unlawful activity.
Upon termination, any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and subject to any applicable investigations or audits.
12. Intellectual Property
All software, graphics, trademarks, and related intellectual property are owned by the Casino or its licensors. You acquire no rights beyond a limited license for personal use.
13. Telecommunications Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your internet connection and the performance of your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Your ISP is not affiliated with the Casino and assumes no responsibility for any disputes arising from connectivity issues.
14. Disputes & Resolution

Any dispute or claim must be submitted to the Casino in writing within one (1) hour of the event or transaction giving rise to the dispute.
14.2 Final Determination
The Casino will review its server records and perform an internal investigation. The findings of this investigation shall be final and binding on the Player.

• Disconnection between the Player and the Casino’s servers.
• Software or hardware failures.
• Third-party system interruptions.

• Acts or omissions by the Player.
15.2 No Warranties
The Casino’s software and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
15.3 Player Responsibility for Technical Environment
Players are solely responsible for their devices and internet connection.
15.4 Indemnification
Players agree to indemnify the Casino for any claims arising from misuse of the services.
16. Amendments
The Casino may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the full agreement between the Player and the Casino.
